We work with AmeriCorps Planning Grants and existing programs to create plans, tools, and workflows for optimal programming. This may include Member File development systems, reviews of Time Sheet compliance and requirements, and revamps of Member Position Descriptions.

We work with programs to support them with existing technology tools or point them in the right direction to discover tools that may best fit the needs of their program, staff, and members.

We work with you to make sure that your efforts on the ground are being captured by in a depth and meaningful data collection process so that when the time comes to report out to stakeholders, you don’t need to think about it. This may look like creating forms and surveys for members and beneficiaries, pre and post test score analysis, and capturing meaningful demographic data points.

We know that there is often very little time to spend creating training materials and training agendas for AmeriCorps staff and members. We work with you to create training materials and in some cases may deliver training to members ourselves.

AmeriCorps Staff and Member Training
Staff (host site and program) and Member training is the cornerstone of any successful AmeriCorps program. Whether it’s building training materials or delivering insightful, meaningful virtual trainings (or in person if we can make it work!), we’re here to develop agendas, time lines, and materials for you to deliver.
